Hybrid strength + running coaching, built around your life

I'm Lucy, I played netball at a competitive level for years, and I bring the same structure and team mentality into my coaching.

My hybrid approach mixes strength training, running and conditioning so you build real athletic fitness. You'll have me in your corner the whole way, with weekly check ins and support in my app.

why train with me

Maybe you're chasing sport performance, or maybe you want to feel stronger and more confident day to day. Either way, we build it on structure and consistency so your results last long after the program ends.

FAQ

Questions and answers

Do I need to be experienced?

No, your plan starts where you are, whether you're new to lifting or already training.

Do I need to be a runner?

Not at all. Running is built in gradually alongside your strength work, at a level that suits you.

How much time do I need each week?

We'll agree this on our call. Your plan will be built around the days and time you actually have.
